St. Martha Parents,
Can't believe I am starting my 6th year. It has been fun. This year we start most classes with the students exercising at six stations. These include pushups, sit-ups, jumping rope, leg lifts, tricep dips and agility drills. The students stay at each station for 20 to 30 seconds and then we jog for 2 to 3 minutes. After the stations the classes play various games. Your child's grade comes from their effort and participation in class. Please encourage them to do their best. I don't grade them on being able to do 1 pushup or 50, but they have to make an effort to do what they can. I hope you children have fun in class and get some of the exercise they need.
