Dear Parents, You've heard of Dancing with the Stars... we had Dancing with the Shamrocks! The 7th grade students have been studying proper etiquette for the last eight weeks. We enjoyed having Christy Byers and Dustin Trent from Blair's Ballroom give the students a lesson on proper dancing. Christy and Dustin treated us to the Tango, Waltz and Jive. After this spectacular performance, it was the students' turn to shine. The students paired and Christy began to show the gentlemen the correct way to hold a young lady and how to do the box step. Everyone really enjoyed learning this step, along with the steps to the Jive. Check out the pictures at our very own Dancing with the Shamrocks!
