Art Supplies for Students
2008-2009
| Kindergarten |
Each student will need to bring in a
coloring book and one glue stick to be kept in the art room. |
| 1st grade |
Each student should bring in 1 box of
tissues to be kept in the art room. |
| 2nd grade |
Each student should bring in one bar of
soap to be kept in the art room. |
| 3rd grade |
Each student should bring in one box of
white or colored chalk to be kept in the art room. |
| 4th grade |
Each student should bring in a box of
8-12 markers to be kept in the art room, and a spiral bound
sketchbook and pencil that they bring with them to art class every
week. |
| 5th grade |
Each student should bring in a box of
8-12 colored pencils to be kept in the art room, and a spiral bound
sketchbook and a pencil that they will bring with them to class
every week. |
| 6th, 7th, & 8th grade |
Each student will need the following
for art class and they will be responsible for bringing it with them
to art class every week:
- A pouch to carry supplies in (if needed)
- Spiral bound sketchbook
- Pen, pencil, eraser
- Crayons, markers, colored pencils
- Glue stick, scissors

These items are mandatory, not
optional. If students are using the same supplies for their other
classes, and do not have to keep them in their homerooms and are allowed
to use the same materials to carry back and forth, then they will not
have to buy double supplies.
